Nestor A. Veitia, M.D. has been in practice since 2008 and co-founded Plastic Surgical Specialists, PLLC in July 2024.  Dr. Veitia is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a broad range of interests, including general plastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic plastic surgery, breast reconstruction, skin malignancies and lesions, and body contouring following weight loss.

Dr. Veitia earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed a general surgery residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. During his residency, he spent a year as a research fellow in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He then undertook a three-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.

Highly regarded by both patients and peers, Dr. Veitia has been named a Top Doctor in Plastic Surgery by both Philadelphia Magazine and Main Line Today magazine from 2019-2024.
